Federal law provides that debtors can receive a "fresh start" with creditors by filing for Chapter 7 bankruptcy protection. While it is always unfortunate that our client may be in this position, we understand that bankruptcy filers need to be treated with respect and receive prompt and responsible representation. Hess Law Office will provide these considerations to any bankruptcy filer.

Hess Law Office will see our clients through the initial stages of understanding bankruptcy benefits and consequences, preservation of assets, and the filing itself. After the filing has occurred, Hess Law Office will also have an experienced attorney appear with the client at the initial Meeting of Creditors. Filing bankruptcy can be a complex issue, and the choice of attorneys should not be made casually.
